Havel: Vital Role Seen for International & Trade Lawyers
International and trade lawyers can make meaningful intellectual contributions toward freeing the express delivery and logistics industry from global regulatory restraints, Professor Brian Havel told the 2009 Interlaw Annual Global Meeting in Frankfurt, Germany. Entitled "A Sea Change in Open Skies: Globalization, Ownership, and Market Survival in the Logistics Industry," Havel's address was based in part on his forthcoming study, "A 'Lead Sector' Strategy for the GATS: Express Delivery Services as a Model for Global Air Transport Reform."
Super Lawyers ranks DePaul in top 50

Published by Law & Politics, Super Lawyers is an annual jurisdictional listing of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 areas of practice. Only five percent of the lawyers from any state or region are included each year.
